Businesses can now get Proof of Acceptance for USPS Certified Mail® without visiting the Post Office.

Cary, NC, Jan. 11, 2011 – Accountable Document Solutions, LLC, whose SimpleCertifiedMail.com service has saved time and money for thousands of offices sending USPS Certified Mail®, has upgraded its service to enable users to get Proof of Acceptance from the USPS right in their offices, eliminating the need to visit the Post Office.

Previously, users who require Proof of Acceptance for their USPS Certified Mail® pieces, had to visit the Post Office counter in order to get a red rubber stamp at the counter on USPS Form 3800."

Since SimpleCertifiedMail.com is a SaaS based service, the SCAN Form capability is available immediately to all customers. There is no software to download. Just login to your account and click on Acceptance in the Main Toolbar. On-screen Tips lead you through the process of creating SCAN Forms. The SimpleCertifiedMail.com User Guide and Administrator’s Manual have also both been updated and are available in the Support section at www.SimpleCerifiedMail.com.
